Product Overview

Benefiting from integrally bunded construction, every Deso Bunded Oil Tank consists of a ‘tank within a tank’. Fuel is stored within the inner, whilst the outer tank – often referred to as a ‘bund’ – acts as a failsafe in the event of a spill.

Bunded Tanks are today a requirement at many residential heating oil storage installations, together with all commercial, industrial and institutional fuel storage installations too. When professionally installed, Deso Bunded Oil Tanks will assist in achieving compliance with all current and expected technical, environmental and regulatory fuel storage requirements.

Deso Bunded Tanks can also be supplied with a choice of environmentally preferred top or traditional bottom outlet position is also available – just specify your requirements at time of order placement.

Applications

Bunded Plastic Oil Tank suitable for the above ground storage of Heating Oil at single family dwellings, agricultural, commercial, industrial and institutional premises.

Every Deso Bunded Oil Tank is fully compliant with all applicable requirements. All Deso Bunded Oil tanks are now HVO ready.

Unsuitable for the storage of fuel for supply to vehicles and / or plant equipment via gravity fed fuel delivery systems incorporating a flexible hose and trigger nozzle.

Important Information: Top Outlet Tanks only

Please note that Top Outlet Oil Tanks are only suitable for use at selected installations incorporating a suitable pressure jet burner and in accordance with the requirements of OFTEC Technical Book 3.
