Harlequin Blue Stations are fully bunded Adblue Storage and Dispensing Tanks.

Rotationally moulded in the United Kingdom from a specialist Adblue resistant grade of Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE), they have been engineered from the outset, for the safe, secure and environmentally responsible storage of Abdlue solution. They are ideal for larger commercial and transport installations, which require the security and continuity of supply that only the on-site storage of Adblue can provide.  

 

Typified by a robust, fit for purpose product specification, Harlequin Blue Stations can be augmented through the addition of extra cost venting, climate control and nozzle options – allowing users to tailor the product to installation specific requirements.

Additionally, the following added-value product options are available:  

• 1400BSV c/w Vent Pack Adblue begins to vapuroise at 20 degrees Celsius. To help keep your Adblue in tip. top condition for longer - the optional Vent Pack consists of a factory fitted, thermostatically controlled Extraction Fan System which regulates the temperature by expelling warm air from inside the tank.

• 1400BSA c/w Arctic Pack Adblue ordinarily freezes at -11 degrees Celsius. However, the optional Arctic Pack provides protection against frost and freezing, by gently warming the stored solution via a thermostatically controlled 'Heat Trace' System and a 2kW Fan Heater, whilst an Insulated Primary Storage Vessel assists heat retention. 

• 1400BSC c/w Climate Pack The optional Climate Pack allows you to combine the benefits of both the Vent Pack and the Arctic Pack, to provide year round protection to stored solution. The Climate Pack comprises an Insulated Inner Tank, thermostatically controlled 'Heat Trace' System and thermostatically activated Extraction Fan System.

 
The following factory fitted options can also be supplied with all Harlequin Blue Station Adblue Storage and Dispensing Tanks:  

• ZVA Nozzle In addition to incorporating a three stage automatic shut off function, the optional ZVA Adblue Nozzle reduces the risk of cross contamination during filling. The Elafix 40 collar ensures it is simply not possible to accidentally fill a Diesel tank with Adblue.

• Electronic Bund Warning Alarm allows users and delivery personnel to check for the presence of spilt Adblue in the bunded area i.e. the void between the inner and the outer tank.

Designed solely for the storage and dispensing of Adblue solutions. All Harlequin Blue Station Adblue Storage and Dispensing Tanks are fully compliant with all applicable UK and European Union chemical storage and environmental regulations.

Installation Requirements 
 
Please note that all electrical connections to Harlequin Blue Station Adblue Tanks must be made and inspected regularly by a competent, independently accredited electrician. It is recommended that this tank is connected to an RCD protected mains power supply.  
 
All Harlequin Blue Station Adblue Tanks must be installed and maintained in accordance with supplied instructions.  
 
Delivery and Payment 
 
Price(s) stated are inclusive of delivery to any address in Great Britain or Northern Ireland, excluding offshore locations and subject to access for an articulated lorry. If access to your premises is restricted please advise at time of order placement.  
 
Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for the tank to be offloaded from the delivery vehicle to the customer’s premises. Please allow up to 20 working days for delivery.
