Product Overview
Atkinson’s Locking Fill Point is probably the ultimate deterrent against
opportunist fuel theft. It benefits from Atkinson’s unparalleled knowledge of
the UK storage tank market, with a manufacturing heritage stretching back
decades.
Engineered in the United Kingdom, the Locking Fill Point is machined from solid aluminum billet to provide excellent resistance from even sustained
attack. The cap is secured via a hardened steel Yale combination padlock with
7mm shank. The combination lock ensures there are no keys to lose and the
combination can be reset on demand by the user e.g. after a fuel delivery.
For maximum convenience as well as security, the radial flange is
drilled in 8 places to ensure the cap can be tightened to within 1/8th
of a turn of its tightest point and guaranteeing a weather tight fit against
the internal rubber sealing disc.
To prevent unauthorised removal, the boss is secured to the tank by
means of a brass ‘shearscrew’ which shears flush to the base of the tank to
prevent removal.

Compatibility
Suitable for any tank supplied with a metal 2” BSP (M) Fill Point, including tanks
fitted with Overfill Prevention Valves. Please note this product is incompatible with fuel tanks incorporating a plastic fill point.
