Price(s) stated are inclusive of delivery to any address in

Northern Ireland, excluding offshore locations. Please note:
- All deliveries are kerbside. Delivery vehicles do not have 'Hiab' or Tail Lift facilities and thus it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there are adequate offloading facilities for the product(s) on the day of delivery.
- There must be sufficient access for a 45ft articulated lorry to safely enter and exit the delivery address. In particular all access roads must be capable of accommodating a vehicle up to 40 tonnes in weight.
- There must be no obstacles e.g. overhanging trees, low hanging cables, low bridges etc. below 4.6 metres height which would restrict the delivery vehicle from gaining access to the delivery address.
- The customer or the customer’s representative must be on site to sign for the delivery.

Additionally, the right is reserved to apply additional charges as necessary to cover any related costs.
