For 2011, all Harlequin Fuel Stations supplied by TankDepot.co.uk, benefit from even greater levels of security and filtration.
 Manhole
access to the tank is now protected by Harlequin's unique Spin Secure
Tank Locking Device, which much like a tap, will spin freely when
secured. This makes it almost impossible to remove without the unique,
magnetic key. Cabinet security is provided by two, substantial locking
points which are ready to accept almost any key or combination padlock.  All
Harlequin Fuel Stations also now benefit from combined water and
particulate filtration, making them ideal for the supply of fuel to
modern generation, high performance diesel engines. Particulate
filtration is provided by a factory fitted 10 micron canister type
filter, whilst water is removed from stored fuel via Cim-Tek's unique
Tank Dryer.  Each
Tank Dryer is manufactured from a high absorbency polymer, which
visibly swells when saturated. Unlike some alternative systems, the Tank
Dryer does not directly interfere with the supply of fuel to the pump,
so flow rates are unaffected at all times. It is recommended that the
Tank Dryer is checked weekly and replaced quarterly. Replacement Cim Tek

5000FS-240FM Fuel Station with 80 User Fuel Management System
Specification as per Harlequin 5000FS-240 Fuel Station 240 volt but additionally supplied with factory fitted fuel management system complete with Secure Key activation. Restricts refuelling to users issued with a Secure Key, reducing the risk of unauthorised use, fuel theft and fraud. Suitable for use with up to 80 users and supplied as standard with:

Plastic bunded storage and dispensing tank suitable for use with Diesel (D) and Biodiesel [with a bio element not exceeding 7% concentration] fuel at agricultural, commercial, industrial and institutional installations. For higher concentrations, please see Harlequin's 5000BFS BioFuel Station - suitable for use with Biodiesel blends of up to B100 [i.e. 100% bio-element concentration].

This tank must be installed by a suitably competent person in accordance with statutory requirements.
All mains electrical connections must only be undertaken by a qualified electrician in accordance with prevailing statutory requirements. It is recommended that all 240v Bunded Fuel Stations are connected to an RCD protected mains power supply.
