Harlequin reaffirms its commitment to FPS Expo
5th February 2008
Storage tank specialist Harlequin, has reaffirmed its commitment to the Federation of Petroleum Suppliers’ Annual Expo. Held annually at locations throughout the British Isles, this year’s Annual Conference will take place in RDS Simmonscourt Pavilion in Dublin on 23 / 24 April 2008.
Now firmly established as the Exhibition for the downstream oil industry in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, FPS Expo draws a growing number of visitors from mainland Europe as well. The exhibition provides an opportunity for visitors to see first hand the latest products and innovations in the industry, whilst the on-site conference provides a unique platform for confronting issues and legislation affecting the industry.
This year, Harlequin will again be supporting FPS Expo as Official Badge and Registration Sponsor. Sales & Marketing Manager, John Switzer says, “FPS Expo has grown to become probably the most significant event in the downstream oil industry calendar not only in the British Isles, but anywhere in the European Union. As a business, servicing the requirements of the downstream oil industry across Europe is right at the heart of our business.
“We are therefore delighted to play our part, by sponsoring FPS Expo. We look forward to welcoming current and future Harlequin customers to the RDS Simmonscourt Pavilion in Dublin from across the Republic of Ireland, the UK and the ever-growing number of mainland European markets we service.”
On display on the Harlequin stand at FPS Expo, will be several new additions to Harlequin’s environmentally preferred range of Bunded Oil Storage Tanks, Bunded Waste Oil Tanks and Bunded BioDiesel Storage Solutions.
“Exhibitions are always an exciting time and FPS Expo has become the premier launch event for new additions to the Harlequin range. Last year, we unveiled the addition of dipsticks to our range of domestic oil storage tanks, and previewed a number of new models. In 2008, we’ll be building upon the success of FPS2007.
“We have an exceptionally strong product development pipeline, with over 40 new models set to join the Harlequin range by the end of 2008. A number of these are set to make their market debut in Dublin.”, says John.
